- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 14, 2020, by Kelley TranWe bought a Jade from them. They told us that a lady took care of the Jade certificate on vacation and told us to be back next week to get that. After a week we come back and they told us they could not find certificate and offer the exchange( they know we live out of state). I don't know if they are dishonest or don't care of customers.
