  My exposure to this store was fairly limited, but it is attractive, well-merchandised and pleasantly staffed. I stopped by at the end of the workday to take advantage of a T-Mobile Tuesday promotion (a free baseball hat)! The store was easy to spot from the road and there was ample parking. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.

  Very disappointed in their post-purchase customer service. Had to return phone for warranty exchange and first phone that came arrived quickly but it did not work and was told I had to wait for another one but that I would have expedited delivery (that was Tuesday ... first phone took 2 days with non-expedited delivery). It is now Friday and STILL NO PHONE. They said we will text you ... broken phone doesn't receive texts! I asked them to email me and they said no problem. When I try calling the store it is CONSTANTLY BUSY! I have tried morning, noon and night with the same result. I am absolutely unimpressed with the service of Tmobile. If my case was such an exception (non working replacement phone) there should be an exception resolution as well. Not coming here anymore if I can help it!!!!!

  Failure to provide Warranty phone - still waiting after 2 months. My phone has become broken and does not receive call or text message notifications. I have had a replacement phone initiated 3 times, since July 31st, called in every Wednesday and visited the store every weekend, but no phone has arrived. I have also filed a compliant with the BBB Better Bureau of Business about the breach in Warranty and waiting to hear back.
