  This review is for Omar. I always go to this T-Mobile over other locations. They have more authority to handle complex situations so just save yourself some time and head here! Left my family plan to join my fiance’s. The switch happened instantly and I was able to get a new phone same day! I love my S8 so far! There’s a promotion right now for a free Samsung tablet when you buy a galaxy or note and Samsung cash when you sign up for samsung pay. Get in there now and ask for Omar! He was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. He was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I was in and out in under an hour. The service was very quick. Also really diggin that cumbia music the store plays :)
