  VERY LONG wait time with limited seats if coming in at wrong time or in the weekends. No bathroom is available while you are waiting. The parking spaces are very limited unless parking in the front of Home Depot or far away.The services are okay but many people have moved to another service provider because they really charge more for everything. It is not easy to unlock At&t locked phones.

  Manager lied about my mom's phone being broken to sell her a new one. I came down to check it, it's not broken and they won't accept the return of the other phone unless we pay a restocking fee. Even though the manager LIED to make the sale.
