  I think an employee here, Karina should change her attitudes to have better customer services. The store is opened 10am, and I'm waiting more than 40 minutes for her. She keeps chatting and laughing with the first customer and ignores a long line customers waiting. She doesn't care or let other customers know about the next available time. If AT&T employees service like KARINA, customers don't go back at least the At&t store in eastridge mall.

  Great Location. Jim and Karina were honest and helpful! I will definitely be back for any At&T problems I have in the future!! Thank you guys I appreciate your help.
