  Horrible customer service, which is against their customer service policy. The store manager STEVE CORTES was straight lying the whole time just because he didn’t want me to return it when I had the right to. I left really angry because of him and because I couldn’t return my necklace even within the 30 day guarantee full refund return. I’m going to contact HR and tell them everything. He was straight up bullshitting everything he was saying and me and my brothers were able to tell instantly that he was lying the whole time just so we wouldn’t return out items. He was straight up rude and shouldn’t be working there if he is just going to be lying to the customers just so they can buy the items and for them to get commission.
