  I called to see if they had a special item in stock I was looking for. The guy on the phone went out of his way to go through the racks and search for the item I was hoping to find. I was so impressed with how helpful he was, I drove to the store to see for myself what wonderful customer service these guys offer. Although we couldn't find the exact shirt I was looking for (that's understandable, I was looking for something very specific), both of the people working there were so helpful and really tried to satisfy my need/desire. One of the best experiences I've had in the bay area! You just don't seem to come by people like this anymore in San Jose. They were awesome, and the selection in the store was great. There were a lot of things I wish I could have purchased for myself, but alas, I was there for an unusually sized gift and needed to stay focused. Great store and great staff!

  Quite possibly the best staff I've ever encountered in my years of shopping. Educated, Kind, Great people. Awesome selection in Death Metal T-shirts. Incense Sticks are for a great price if you buy in bulk, Poster selection could be restocked but considering they have numerous amount of posters, you'll find one you like.
