They gave us the wrong parts not once, not twice, but three times in one day. Changing brakes shouldnt take all day due to lack of knowledge at this store. The part numbers are right there on the screen. Its not brain surgery. I appreciate the "dicount" i received. But a whopping $5 doesnt make up for all the driving i had to do to the store, or the time it took, or the frustration i was having due to the lack of care and knowledge from the employees.
