So I go into the store to return a battery charger on 12/4/2014 around 9am when they open right? I had just bought the charger the night before 12/3/2014 @ 9:09 pm as it reads on my receipt which I brought with me as proof!!! I see this girl there with bright brown eyes, light brown complexion, highlighted hair with this white guy who was twice her size, & I'm simply telling them that I want to return the charger, because it's not what I wanted, I have no use for it, cause I really wanted a jumper. The charger was NEVER used, & as I'm telling them this the girl starts LAUGHING AT ME, & says "Do you wanna tell him NO, or should I?" & she follows up with a "We don't take back chargers, cause they fall under the same policy as jumper cables." Really??? & she had the nerve to tell me, "I would suggest that you take it back to the store you bought it from & they'll PROBABLY take it back..." I ended up going to the Blossom Hill store & told them the same thing & they took great care of me... Only reason I went to the Santa Teresa store in the 1st place is because it's right around the corner from my house... So for me??? Due to my experience??? I would NOT give this store any star rating at all... Till they at least improve in the people skills department... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
