  It's been a year since I had my computer repaired by Dell and John and I have to say, it's working perfectly. These guys are honest, hard working and really good at what they do. I have a desktop and the screen kept going out on me. I had tried to get it repaired by the manufacturer prior to but they were horrible. He was great, he figured it out! Apparently, it was the part on the motherboard which connects to graphics card that was bad.
