  I took the advice of your salesperson (Jovannah Nieves, who turned out to be the manager of another store!) and got the Bridgewater Luxury Firm mattress for $1400 and found it VERY undesirable. It was way too soft and when I looked for a replacement, the other products either didn't meet my expectations or were more expensive. I returned the mattress and was charged $149 which was totally unacceptable because I was NEVER notified of the expenses in advance. I didn't sign any documents and ordered the product and gave my credit card info over the phone later that day after I visited the store. PS: The manager called me later and apologized for the whole thing and promised me a full refund of $149. A pleasant surprise!
