  SCAM ALERT. I need to report this man, first google review ever. I took in a brand new working Shinola watch that I had just gotten for Christmas. I asked the owner to take a link out and he takes in in the back and after about a minute says he is almost done changing the battery. I never asked him to change the battery in the first place. I say that I never asked for that service and only needed a link taken out. He told me it was low anyway and no charge for the battery, so I didn't think much of it. I look at my watch and notice it is not working. I tell him to place the battery he took out back into the watch. He replaces the old battery and now the watch isn't working at all. He tells me he has a great watch guy that can fix this and wants to send it to him. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??? I brought this guy a brand new working watch,(Literally in the box on christmas) and he took it in back and changed the battery without me asking and did who knows what with it. Now he wants to send it to his Watch Guy ? This guy realized I didn't want the battery and he messed up so he tried to get money out of me by sending it in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING.

  Amazing jewelry store. Owners are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to all my friends visiting the area. Can't wait to have a reason to return.
