  Ordered Swizzle Berries early yesterday morning. They hiked the delivery fee for Valentines Day to $17.99. I paid it. I got a conformation email saying it would be delivered on the same day by the latest 9:30 pm. It never made it to my girlfriends house. I'm assuming this happened to a lot of people, because when I just tried to call, the phone was busy... or disconnected. I will never order from these guys again!!!!

  I ordered an arrangement for my wife for Valentine's Day and it didnt arrive, i tried calling during buisness hours and the phone was disconnected, I checked my confirmation email and it said that on holidays orders can arrive as late as 9pm, so when i got home from work at 915 pm i checked and they still didn't arrive. I didnt get an email or a phone call. Worst service ever. I will never order from here again.
