  Tiny convenience store that sells drinks, snacks and beer. No hard alcohol. People frequently congregate outside- such as bootleg CD sellers. There's very limited parking maybe 5 or 6 spaces. There are two or three bail bondsman signs with phone numbers attached but I don't believe they have actual offices. There is a man who appears to be mentally ill who stands outside this building most days yelling or rambling to himself. I believe he may sleep outside of this building.
